Terms & Conditions
Effective September 21, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern use of DispatchOS, a dispatch management platform for delivery service providers ("DSPs"), including the SMS messaging program described below.
The Service
DispatchOS provides scheduling, dispatching, driver messaging, and reporting tools for DSPs and their staff. Access to the platform for paid plans is billed through our payment processor, Stripe.
SMS Messaging Program
Part of the platform lets a DSP's dispatch staff send and receive operational text messages with their own drivers, using the drivers' personal phone numbers -- for example, route status updates, stand-up and schedule notifications, and two-way replies for a driver to reach dispatch. This is not a marketing or promotional messaging program.
- Consent: a DSP's own driver is enrolled in this program by that DSP, as part of the DSP's own onboarding of its drivers. Each DSP is responsible for how it informs its own drivers that they will receive operational texts related to their work.
- Message frequency varies based on route activity and operational need.
- Message and data rates may apply, based on the recipient's mobile carrier plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages -- you'll receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Accounts
A DSP's staff members access the platform through individual accounts. Each DSP is responsible for the accuracy of the driver, roster, and operational information it enters, and for controlling which of its own staff have access to the platform.
Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing intervals are as described at checkout and on our pricing page.
Acceptable Use
The platform is for legitimate dispatch and delivery operations. You agree not to use it to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, to misuse another party's information, or to attempt to access data belonging to a DSP other than your own.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
DispatchOS is provided "as is." We work to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, DispatchOS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. We'll update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
